About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Estimator & Supervisor to manage insurance repair projects from initial assessment through to completion, across the Bundaberg region in Queensland, combining accurate estimating with hands-on site supervision to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. This is a dual, end-to-end delivery role where no two days are the same – preparing scopes and costings, coordinating trades on-site, and working closely with insurers, customers and internal teams to keep projects moving smoothly across multiple stages.
Key Responsibilities
In this dual role, you will:
- Prepare accurate assessments, scopes of works and cost estimates for insurance repair projects
- Supervise and coordinate trades to ensure safe, high-quality on-site delivery of works
- Manage multiple projects across estimating and construction phases
- Liaise with customers, insurers, trades and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, budgets, KPIs and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate system records, documentation and reporting across CRM platforms
About You
We are looking for:
- Experience in estimating, construction supervision or insurance repair environments
- Strong understanding of building methods, scopes of work and insurance processes
- Ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail with accurate reporting and documentation capability
- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
