About the Role
We’re experiencing a significant period of growth across our Queensland business and seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage end-to-end insurance repair works, leading trades on-site and coordinating insurers, customers and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — overseeing multiple projects, solving problems on the ground, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
As our Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and coordinate trades and subcontractors on-site
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across timelines, budgets and scope
- Oversee insurance repair delivery from start to completion
- Liaise with customers, insurers and internal teams
- Ensure HSEQ compliance and site safety standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
About You
We are looking for:
- Experience in insurance repairs or construction supervision
- Trade qualification / relevant building certification + White Card + driver licence
- Strong knowledge of building codes, methods and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage trades and multiple projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and quality-focused
