Sales & Office Administrator

We’re looking for a Sales & Office Administrator who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play an important role across the business, including:

  • Welcoming customers and responding to phone, email and showroom enquiries
  • Preparing accurate quotes and following them through to conversion
  • Visiting customer sites to take measurements for bespoke projects (training provided)
  • Reading plans and working with our production team to develop tailored solutions
  • Processing customer orders and coordinating information with production
  • Supporting invoicing, accounts payable and general office administration
  • Helping maintain accurate customer and job records
  • Looking for opportunities to improve the way we work

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who:

  • Loves providing exceptional customer service
  • Has previous experience in administration, sales support or customer service
  • Is organised, accurate and enjoys juggling multiple priorities
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Is comfortable working with numbers and administration
  • Enjoys learning new skills and solving problems
  • Has a full NZ Driver Licence

Experience in quoting, manufacturing, furniture or reading plans would be an advantage, but isn’t essential. We’re happy to teach someone with the right attitude.
