The opportunity
Based in Putāruru, you will lead the day-to-day mahi on our Client/Patient Management System
(CMS/PMS) and related digital platforms.
You will:
- configure and improve the system alongside our vendor
- embed workflows that reflect the Tiwai Hauora Practice and Outcomes frameworks
- deliver hands-on training and coaching so kaimahi feel confident
- keep data clean, secure, and useful for outcomes reporting
- spot simple digital improvements that make whānau service smoother
- support Tiwai Hauora services across the Raukawa takiwā in the South Waikato.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification in information systems, health/social informatics, data management, computer science, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience with CMS/PMS, CRM or other service-delivery platforms – s configuring,
cleaning data and quality assurance, and day-to-day user support
- Solid database and Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent communicator and trainer – skilled at helping kaimahi with varied digital confidence
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and Māori Data Sovereignty
- Commitment to kaupapa Māori approaches and whānau-centred practice
- Experience with system implementation, integration projects, and business intelligence tools would be considered advantageous.
