Stock Processor

At Racers Edge, our Stock Processor plays a huge part in delivering the legendary customer experience we’re known for. From receipting incoming stock and managing customer orders, through to warranties, pricing, transfers and inventory control – you’ll be the engine room that helps keep our stores operating at their best.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fast-paced retail operations, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Your role will involve:

• Processing incoming deliveries and receipting stock accurately into Retail Express
• Pricing, ticketing and preparing stock for the shop floor
• Managing customer orders, special orders and staff purchases
• Investigating stock discrepancies and maintaining inventory accuracy
• Running reports including negative stock, layby balances and cycle counts
• Managing warranties and repairs, including supplier and customer communication

What we’re looking for in you:

• Previous experience in stock control, inventory, retail operations or a similar role
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence working with systems and data entry
• The ability to prioritise and stay calm in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
• Experience with Retail Express would be an advantage
• A passion for the outdoors or experience with outdoor products is a bonus
