We are seeking a Casual General Hand to join our team in Kekerengu, Marlborough. This temporary role is essential for supporting various agricultural tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our farming activities. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to contribute to our agricultural efforts in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, harvesting, and general farm maintenance tasks
• Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision
• Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a background in agriculture or related fields is advantageous
• Entry-level position; previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
