FOH MANAGER – POPINA

Popina is a newly opened relaxed, modern café and evening restaurant. It

is built on great food, genuine hospitality and a strong sense of team. We’re

looking for a FOH Manager who brings clarity, structure and consistency to

daily service — someone who understands that great hospitality is built on strong

systems and calm leadership.

You’ll be responsible for running a consistent service across coffee, lunch, drinks

and dinner — ensuring the team knows what great hospitably feels like and how to

deliver it every day.

Your focus will be:

Implementing and maintaining clear systems

Strong team performance to achieve sales targets

Delivery an outstanding guest experience through consistent, confident service

Working closely with the owners and kitchen team to ensure operations run

smoothly and standards never slip.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Lead daily service across all shifts

Ensure FOH systems are followed and improved as needed

Train, coach, and support the FOH team to maintain a fantastic team culture

Support rostering to balance team wellbeing and wage targets

Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

Handle guest feedback calmly and professionally

Ensure every service reflects Popina’s values and attention to detail

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Have experience with management systems, reservations platforms, and basic reporting

Someone who enjoys structure and understands that systems create freedom.

Experience leading teams in hospitality

Understand service systems and FOH operations

Care deeply about consistency and quality
