Description

+MORE Group Services | Auckland

Turn data into insight. Turn processes into automation. Help shape the future of a growing advisory business.

At +MORE, we’re building something different.

As one of New Zealand’s fastest-growing accounting and advisory groups, we’re investing heavily in technology, automation, data, and operational excellence to help our firms work smarter and deliver better outcomes for clients.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to become our go-to expert for reporting, data insights, automation, and business systems. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse group of accounting and advisory businesses, helping drive better decisions through quality data, scalable systems, and practical technology solutions.

About the role

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager, you’ll work closely with leaders, technology partners, and member firms across the Group to improve reporting, automate processes, optimise systems, and support technology adoption.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be building dashboards and analysing data trends, the next you’ll be improving workflows, configuring business systems, supporting a system rollout, or working with stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and business insights
  • Extracting, validating, and analysing data from multiple sources
  • Supporting data quality, integrity, and governance standards
  • Building and maintaining business process automations
  • Administering and optimising systems including FYI, CRM platforms, Microsoft 365, AI and workflow tools
  • Supporting system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Acting as a key FYI/CRM specialist across the Group
  • Training and enabling users to get maximum value from business systems
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders, firms, and technology vendors to deliver great outcomes

About you

You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoy solving problems. You’re someone who can connect data, technology, and business needs to create practical solutions.

You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience in business intelligence, reporting, systems administration, or business operations
  • Strong Power BI skills
  • Experience working with multiple business systems and data sources
  • Knowledge of automation and workflow tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and a passion for continuous improvement

Experience with FYI, CRM platforms, practice management systems, or professional services environments would be highly regarded.

Why join +MORE?

At +MORE, we’re creating a modern advisory business where people, technology, and innovation work together.

You’ll enjoy:

  • A role with variety, autonomy, and real impact
  • The opportunity to influence how technology and data are used across the Group
  • Exposure to a wide range of projects and stakeholders
  • A collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
  • The chance to be part of a growing organisation that embraces innovation and continuous improvement

Our Values

Everything we do is guided by our values:
