About the Role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our team in Rotorua. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You’ll be a key point of contact, helping keep processes on track and supporting the wider team with a variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across the team
  • Manage office maintenance and tenancy
  • Project support, coordinate meetings, schedules, and documentation
  • Contracts management and maintenance of accurate records, systems and data management
  • Support reporting
  • Assist with general business coordination activities
