We are building a multicultural movement and are looking for the right people join our team.

We are a family-run New Zealand-owned and operated commercial cleaning and property maintenance company based in Mount Wellington. And we are going for growth. The founders grew the company from scratch nearly a decade ago. Starting with one client, we now have many satisfied clients across Auckland and a growing number of franchisees under us.

The Role

We are looking for a natural-born hunter who lives and breathes sales. The ideal candidate will drive sales initiatives while working closely with our operations team. This role requires collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations departments to develop and execute strategies that enhance the revenue growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop New Business:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking and cold-calling (face-to-face and phone).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute strategies that will drive revenue growth.
  • Assist with developing quotes, proposals and presentations for clients and prospect.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

2. Strategy Development:

  • Contribute to the formulation of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Implement strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities in the market.

3. CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software (Pipedrive).
  • Track progress against sales targets and report on key metrics regularly.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency in CRM (Pipedrive) records.

4. Team Support and Coordination:

  • Support the wider team in achieving collective goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Education, Certifications and Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Telephone Sales either B2B or B2C; outbound calling or Contact or Call Centre environment.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Experience in the cleaning industry and/or building and construction industry is advantageous.
