Description

With a number of exciting projects confirmed and underway, we’re looking for a Process Engineering Graduate to join the PDV Consultants team on a six-month fixed-term basis (immediate start). If you’re someone who takes pride in clear, accurate documentation and enjoys working at the intersection of the technical and operations functions, this could be a great fit.

Reporting to the Principal Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing the training materials, operating guidelines, SOPs, and quality documentation that bring our process engineering projects to life — and keep them compliant. No two days will look exactly the same.

What you’ll be doing

  • Developing training and technical documentation for projects
  • Supporting training delivery to operations and maintenance staff — including travel to client sites from time to time.
  • Documenting training completion to align with client sign-off requirements.
  • Developing operating guidelines, SOPs, critical work instructions and change management documentation for project changes.
  • Developing project manuals and compiling quality documentation covering delivery and commissioning.
  • Supporting commissioning activities and providing project engineering and management support as needed.
  • Support process engineering design and project delivery

About you

You’re a detail-oriented, self-directed communicator who can take technical information and turn it into documentation that actually works for the people using it. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated experience developing technical documentation.
  • The ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical content for operational audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball on the details.
  • Confidence working on-site and engaging directly with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Experience in food processing, dairy, or industrial manufacturing is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.
  • A Chemical or Process Engineering qualification
