About the Company:
Established in 1990, PDV Consultants has come a long way from a small family business to one of the fastest-growing consultancies providing expert solutions to our clients in the dairy and food processing industries. We are a team of highly skilled engineers who are passionate about the work we do. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our experienced team, people who are ready to take up new challenges and are serious about mechanical engineering, but not too serious about themselves!
We are based in the centre of Hamilton city, within walking distance of many of the entertainment, shopping and eating establishments.
We work a standard 40-hour week, and pre-approved additional hours over 45 hours per week are compensated in accordance with company policy at a rate derived from your salary. Based in Hamilton, you may be required to work at various project locations across New Zealand from time to time, and travel/accommodation expenses will be compensated.
Benefits of joining the PDV Consultants team:
At PDV Consultants, we strive to offer a range of benefits that align with our values.
Excellence: A competitive salary goes without saying, but we also offer wellness and social benefits such as flu vaccinations and our pub quiz team!
Teamwork: In addition to working with our experienced team and team building days, you’ll appreciate opportunities to join social sports teams or the regular Friday Lunch Club.
Integrity: We trust our team, so there are no expense claims or receipts required here – just a meal allowance to cover your needs and an overnight allowance that recognises the inconvenience of being away from home and family.
Innovation: Your professional development is as important to us as it is to you – that’s why we’ve created our in-house CAD and Chem Clubs, which are supported by a structured professional development planning process.
Fun: From puzzles to the chill zone, and fresh fruit and nuts, our cafeteria area is designed with your relaxation in mind and it’s a place where the (sometimes bad) jokes flow freely.
