Description

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our Patient Services team!

In this role you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, acting as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You will support the smooth day-to-day operations of the site through reception and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high standard of service at all times.

About you:

Compassionate and patient-focused with a passion for delivering high quality service to the community.

Previous experience in a busy reception or administrative role (ideally within healthcare).

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and clinical teams.

Confident using computer systems and able to learn new systems quickly.

Eligibility to work in New Zealand required.

Hours and location:

This position is available as two part-time roles based at our Tristram Street site.

Rostered hours will include weekdays and rostered weekend shifts. For the right candidate, there is flexibility to combine the roles into one full-time position, which will also include rostered weekend work.
