Job scope.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster as a Centre Administrator. We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Centre Administrator to support the Centre Management team at Dress Smart Auckland. This role is central to keeping the centre running smoothly providing front-of-house reception, leading day-to-day administration, supporting the operational functionality and assisting with key accounting and reporting processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for many enquiries and a trusted support to the Centre Manager and wider team, helping to ensure excellent service standards, accurate reporting, and timely delivery of centre priorities.

 

Eligibility criteria.

A background in administration or accounting is a must and having property management experience  would be a real advantage.
