Job scope.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster as an Asset Manager – Office, responsible for the management of a commercial office portfolio. As an Asset Manager, you’ll provide clear direction across your portfolio, ensuring asset value is enhanced, risks are effectively mitigated, and owners benefit from stable, high-performing investments. You will be accountable for setting and delivering asset strategies, driving income growth, optimising occupancy, and ensuring assets are managed in line with Property Management Agreements.

You will lead the development and execution of asset-level business plans and be confident in setting and delivering on annual operating and capital budgets. With strong commercial acumen, you’ll proactively identify value-add opportunities across the portfolio, including rental growth, lease optimisation and additional revenue streams.

As a proven people leader, you will support and develop your team of Property Managers, sharing your technical expertise and investing in their growth and capability uplift. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leasing agents and owners, while partnering closely with Facilities Management, Finance and Leasing to ensure operational and financial performance is well supported. You’ll bring a high-level, portfolio-wide perspective, actively contributing to strategic initiatives, aligning priorities across teams and operating with a strong understanding of broader business drivers.

Eligibility criteria.

In addition to 7+ years’ asset/property management experience, you’re a proven people leader and skilled at building stakeholder rapport. You have strong commercial and financial acumen, exceptional negotiating skills, and advanced Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) capability. You’re passionate about the property industry, have a continuous improvement mindset and a strong Health and Safety focus.
