We’re looking for a Concession Manager to lead this space and introduce Oroton to a whole new audience.

The Opportunity

Supporting the Multi-Site Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading with confidence, care, and a strong sense of brand.

This is a role for someone who understands the nuance of premium retail, where service is intuitive, styling is considered, and every detail matters.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

Tues/Wed/Sat – 9am – 7pm , Thurs – 9am – 3:30pm , Fri – 9am – 4:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
  • Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environment
  • Oversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and compliance
  • Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
  • Partner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategies

What You Bring

  • Experience in a concession environment (David Jones/Farmers/Smith & Caughey’s desirable)
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be highly regarded
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
  • A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
  • A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
