We’re looking for Customer Experience Specialists who love styling, connecting with people, and creating beautiful in-store moments – every single day.

The Opportunity

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our brand new Commercial Bay store – bringing the brand to life through exceptional service, styling, and genuine connection.

Working within a premium retail environment, you’ll create a seamless and elevated experience for every client, while supporting the team to achieve strong sales performance.

Permanent part-time position | Sunday – Thursday 12hrs per week OR Thursday – Saturday 21hrs per week roster

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
  • Build strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Support sales performance through confident product knowledge and styling
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
  • Assist with stock flow and day-to-day store operations

What You Bring

  • Retail experience with a strong customer focus and proven sales results
  • A passion for styling and creating memorable client experiences
  • Confidence in building relationships and clienteling
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • A positive, polished approach and collaborative mindset
  • A willingness to learn and grow within a premium retail environment
