About the role
As Nutrizone Pharma Ltd continues to expand rapidly, our Warehouse and Supply Chain operations are growing to support increased production and global distribution. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Pukekohe.
This is a full-time, on-site position. The role suits someone with warehouse and forklift experience, some computer skills, and a willingness to work in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of incoming goods, maintaining stock integrity, supporting warehouse workflows, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of our facility.
Job Description
This role is a Monday-Friday position working from 9am-5.30pm daily. The role involves managing daily inwards goods activities, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting general warehouse operations, including but not limited to:
Inwards Goods & Inventory Management
- Receive, check, and process incoming raw materials, packaging, and goods
- Enter and maintain accurate data in Excel and our ERP system as needed
- Ensure all documentation is completed clearly and accurately
- Assist with stocktake activities and cycle counts
- Maintain tidy, organised, inwards goods areas in line with GMP expectations
- Unload and load trucks and containers
Warehouse Operations Support
- Support warehouse staff with picking, packing, stock movement, and order preparation
- Wrap pallets, label stock, and prepare goods for production or dispatch
- Operate a forklift (current license preferred; re-licensing provided if required)
- Lift 20kg+ daily as part of regular warehouse duties
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete paperwork with clear, legible handwriting
- Follow all warehouse SOPs, health and safety requirements, and company procedures
- Assist with maintaining accurate traceability and documentation standards
To be successful you will require:
- Forklift experience on counterbalance. Aisle master training provided if needed.
- Good computer skills
- Previous warehouse or inwards goods experience
- Comfortable lifting 20kg+ daily
- Clear communication skills and good verbal and written English
- Legible handwriting for paperwork and batch documentation
- AP certification not required but considered a bonus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting warehouse operations
