We’re looking for energetic, caring and guest-focused Crew Members to help create memorable moments for every guest who visits.
This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same. From welcoming guests and supervising attractions to helping keep the venue safe, clean and running smoothly — you’ll play a key part in bringing the Ninja Valley experience to life.
We don’t wait to be asked — we notice moments and step into them.

What you’ll be doing:
- Creating exceptional guest experiences
- Welcoming and supporting guests throughout their visit
- Supervising attractions and promoting safe participation
- Maintaining venue presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting café and operational activities where required
- Contributing to a positive and energetic team environment
