Practice Care Coordinator

Beyond Radiology is proudly New Zealand owned and Clinician led. Our team of exceptional healthcare providers are driven to provide excellence in patient care by focusing on patient experience and using state of the art imaging technology.

We are now seeking a Practice Care Co-ordinator (PCC) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. As our PCC, you will be responsible for all aspects relating to the patient journey, including welcoming patients to our practice, invoicing, administrative support and providing excellent patient care. There is also a strong emphasis on co-ordinating bookings to ensure that appointments and enquiries are managed within our agreed timeframes.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week (rostered shifts) across Monday to Friday.

While this position will initially be located in our busy Grafton Practice, the role will transition to work at our new East Tamaki Practice and will then be rostered to work across both Practices, as per business requirements.

• Demonstrated relationship management skills with a genuine and warm interpersonal approach
• To be reliable, organised and able to prioritise effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to follow processes and remain calm under pressure
• To be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

• To be comfortable working across two locations on an ongoing basis
• Knowledge and experience with radiology vendor contracts (desirable)
• COMRAD, InteleRad, PACS and/or radiology specific software platforms knowledge (desirable).
