Practice Care Coordinator

We are now seeking a Practice Care Co-ordinator (PCC) to join our growing team of dedicated professionals at our Hamilton Practice on a casual basis.  When required to work, the shifts offered will usually be between 8.30am to 5.00pm, across Monday to Friday only. 

As a PCC, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to the patient journey, including welcoming patients to our practice, invoicing, administrative support and providing excellent patient care. There is also a strong emphasis on co-ordinating bookings to ensure that appointments and enquiries are managed within our agreed timeframes.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

• Demonstrated relationship management skills with a genuine and warm interpersonal approach
• To be reliable, organised and able to prioritise effectively 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to follow processes and remain calm under pressure
• To be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
• To be a champion of our core values of Dignity and Respect, Compassion, Collaboration, Trust, Innovation, Professionalism, Excellence
• COMRAD, InteleRad, PACS and/or radiology specific software platforms knowledge (desirable however not essential).
