We are searching for full-time Guest Service Agent who exudes a high level of enthusiasm, great team players, and loves hospitality.
Reporting into our Front Office Manager, this highly-visible role will provide exceptional service to our guests while representing the Naumi brand. This role is best suited for individuals who love being social, who are resourceful and able to respond to guest queries and needs, and who have high standards of professionalism, self-presentation, and communication skills. We need casual team member to cover busy period in the week.
Naumi Wellington consists of two hotels in one location in the heart of Cuba Street. Naumi Studio Wellington is an iconic heritage landmark with 116 rooms and Naumi Hotels Wellington, boasts 62 large Suites. Both hotels are a visual feast for the senses not to mention our No1 restaurant in Wellington, Lola Rouge restaurant and bar. The opportunity is for a full-time permanent role with minimum 32 hours of work per week, between Monday to Friday.
What you will be doing …
- Service guest arrivals and early departures
- Manage reservations, bookings, and guest enquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Prep the front office and foyer for the hustle and bustle
- Work with enthusiastic team members providing exceptional and efficient guest experiences
- Liaise with all hotel departments to deliver operational excellence
- To ensure that all accommodation, food, and beverage charges and other guest services are charged accordingly to Hotel and company policies and procedures
- Following all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain the quality of service
Ideally you will have . . .
- a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role in hospitality or customer service preferred
- knowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, RMS) is an advantage
- a high standard of personal presentation & communication skills
- passion for customer service and providing great experiences
- excellent time management and prioritising skills
- flexibility to work on weekends
