We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced full-time Food & Beverage Team Leader to enhance & support our current Food & Beverage Team. You will be outgoing, have passion for customer service, be super organized with a key eye for details, and be totally committed to providing excellent customer service to our clients.
The opportunity is for a part-time permanent role with minimum 24 hours of work per week, between Monday to Sunday as per roster.

- At least 2 Years of F&B experience, preferably in a hotel setting
- Experience supervising team members
- Enthusiasm & passion for customer service
- Collaborative spirit and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Flexible and creative approach to problem solving
- Evening and weekend availability
Ideally you will …
- Work in conjunction with supervisors in aiding the running of the shifts for operations & have a working knowledge of floor operations
- Assist with the standard of daily processes and ensure all requirements & standards are met by the team
- Oversee operations of bar and restaurant, as well as supporting conferences & events
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Ensure food & beverage facilities and equipment are well maintained
- Deal with guest queries and escalations while delivering 5-star experience
