Naumi Hotels Wellington isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a destination. From Lola Rouge, our signature cocktail bar and restaurant, through to conferencing and events, our Food & Beverage operation is dynamic, fast-paced, and full of personality. We’re looking for an F&B Supervisor who can move across all of our outlets with confidence, bringing consistent energy, high standards and genuine warmth to every shift.
Reporting to the Restaurant & Bar Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role at the centre of our F&B team. You’ll be on the floor, in the action, setting the tone and making sure every guest experience across every outlet is one worth talking about.
We currently have two vacancies for part-time role, 24 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday as per roster.
What you’ll be doing..
- Supervising daily F&B service across all outlets including Lola Rouge restaurant and bar, conferencing and events, and any other hotel F&B touchpoints
- Leading, coaching, and supporting your team on the floor, setting the standard, keeping energy high, and having their backs
- Opening and closing shifts, managing handovers, and keeping operations running smoothly across the property
- Delivering warm, confident guest interactions across a range of settings, from bar service to event and conference hospitality
- Supporting stock control, inventory, and ordering in line with the Restaurant & Bar Manager’s direction
- Upholding all compliance requirements including health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards
- Spotting opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and the guest experience, and speaking up about them
What you’ll bring…
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role, ideally across varied outlets (restaurant, bar, events, or hotel F&B)
- A natural ability to lead by doing, not just directing
- Genuine passion for food, beverage, and delivering memorable service
- The ability to adapt quickly across different service styles and environments
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
- LCQ and GM Certificate desirable but not essential, we can support the right person
- A positive attitude and the kind of energy that’s contagious
