About the Job

You’ll support the dispatch and distribution team to ensure orders are processed accurately and operations run efficiently day-to-day. Working directly in the dispatch area (not a traditional office role), you’ll help coordinate logistics, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of accuracy and traceability.

This is an early start role (6:30am, Monday–Friday, 7 hours per day)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing orders and supporting daily dispatch activities
  • Booking transport, preparing manifests, and coordinating logistics
  • Assisting with export orders and E-Cert documentation
  • Monitoring inventory, receipting goods, and supporting stock takes
  • Checking order accuracy, labelling, and traceability
  • Providing admin support across QA, ERP systems, and production data
  • Assisting with H&S admin, training coordination, and general team support
