Tele Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Representative to join our Customer Care team in Geraldine, Canterbury. This permanent, full-time position is ideal for an individual who has proven experience in a target driven sales environment.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers and promoting our products and services via the telephone.  

Responsibilities:

• To contribute by generating sales for Lynn River, for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
• To call customers, advise of the availability of products and services available for purchase and encourage customers to buy the product or service
• Turn every customer interaction into an opportunity for growth

What you will bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales role with proven experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint
• Working knowledge of CRM software
• Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
• Ability to handle rejection calmly and negotiate effectively
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Valid New Zealand work visa or residency.

This role will be required to provide backup support to the customer care team and will therefore be trained on all aspects of customer care to ensure the job holder has strong foundation knowledge of all products and processes.
