About the role
The IT Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions across a diverse set of Microsoft tools. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and possess deep, practical knowledge across Microsoft 365 applications.
We deliver engaging, instructor-led training to a range of students, from beginners to advanced users, in a hybrid classroom and virtual environment. The trainer will be delivering courses in the following areas:
· Microsoft 365 Copilot
· Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc)
Add-on skills that are advantageous but not essential:
· Power Platform (incl. Power Apps Automate, Power BI)
· SharePoint
· Project Management
· SQL or data related tools
If you’re an energetic communicator with real-world technical expertise and a passion for teaching, this is your chance to make an impact. If you’re open to learning and upskilling, we’ll support you to become confident in delivering training on additional tools.
Desired Experience:
· Experience delivering training, facilitation, or education (corporate or adult learning)
· Hands-on experience using Microsoft workplace tools
· Strong communication and customer engagement skills
· Ability to translate business needs into practical learning outcomes
