About the opportunity

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and working closely with the Product Marketer, this role is responsible for producing high-quality video, photography and multimedia content that supports product marketing, education, and technical support initiatives.

This is not just brand storytelling. This role is about creating clear, accurate and practical content that helps customers understand, install and use our products to their full potential.

You will own the execution of visual and multimedia assets — particularly product and educational video — ensuring content is on-brand, structured, accurate and delivered efficiently at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Multimedia Content Production

  • Plan, shoot and edit product performance and education content, such a product profiles, technical walkthroughs, software demonstrations and use cases
  • Translate technical narratives and information into clear, structured content for global audiences
  • Maintain consistent visual, audio and brand standards across all output

  • Manage studio and on-location shoots
  • Maintain a structured and accessible digital asset library

Content Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Engineering and Tech Support to bring technical content to life
  • Support launches, trade shows, webinars and internal training initiatives
  • Optimise content for YouTube, LMS, website and other delivery platforms

About you

You are an experienced multimedia producer who understands that accuracy matters as much as flair when it comes to product content. You enjoy working alongside engineers and subject-matter experts and are genuinely curious about how products work.

You will bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in video production or multimedia roles
  • Proven experience producing performance and education video content
  • High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (and related production tools)
  • Strong photography capability including lighting and post-production
  • Experience with screen capture, software demonstrations and audio recording/cleanup
  • Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating effectively with others

Your proactive style means you easily engage, support, and collaborate with people/teams to get the job done, and will feel empowered to work autonomously. We want someone who gets the Link business and their brand and can subsequently deliver their marketing and commercial objectives.
