Landpro Limited is seeking an experienced Licensed Cadastral Surveyor to join our growing Central Otago Team. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse range of clients across the region. What we’re looking for

  •       Licensed Cadastral Surveyor – With 5 years plus experience across a broad range of survey disciplines, you are client-focused and thrive as a collaborative team player, with excellent communication and project management skills.

  •       Experience with 12D, Landonline, BricsCAD, Pix4D, and Leica instruments (advantageous)

  •       You create and lead wiith confidence, with proven ability to manage projects and

mentor others, with experience consulting on medium to large scale developments.

  •       You shine in civil design, from surfaces and roading to three waters infrastructure, you enjoy tackling complex challenges.

  •       You are skilled with landonline and preparing survey datasets, always looking for

ways to refine your process.

  •       Great survey practice is your standard, whether it’s topographical, as-built, or cadastral surveys, you know what high quality looks like and deliver it every time.

  •       Innovation excites you; you love staying ahead by exploring cutting-edge technology in surveying.

  •       You are a natural connector, at ease building relationships with clients, councils, contractors, and your planning colleagues.

  •         You love the outdoors, from mountains to lakes, you don’t just enjoy landscapes ; you
