Are you an experienced commercial leader with a passion for wine, guest experience, and driving sales growth across multiple channels? Kinross is looking for a Wine Experience & Sales Manager to lead and evolve our wine business across our Cellar Door, Wine Store, and warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and integrate wine sales channels across Cellar Door, Wine Store, and digital platforms to drive revenue growth and brand engagement.
  • Develop and implement wine sales initiatives that increase conversion, customer retention, and lifetime value across all touchpoints.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire teams to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the GM of Wine to refine product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise profitability.
  • Build a high-performing culture, with regular training, performance management, and a strong focus on team engagement and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
  • Oversee warehouse and fulfilment operations.
  • Monitor, report, and improve sales performance, ensuring all financial targets, such as budget, and KPI’s, are met.

Key Qualities and Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in direct-to-consumer sales, hospitality, or wine/tourism environments.

  • A customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering outstanding, memorable experiences.
  • Flexibility to support business needs, including weekends or peak trading periods.
