We’re looking for a creative, reliable Sous Chef to join our Head Chef Pete’s talented Kitchen team. This is a leadership role where you’ll help lead daily kitchen operations, support our Head Chef Pete, and deliver our standard of exceptional food that complements the experience Kinross is known for.

Location: Gibbston, Kinross

Role: Permanent, Full-time (min 30hrs)

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen team and run service when needed
  • Support the team to maintain our service & food standards
  • Help train, support, & motivate junior kitchen team members
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, & reducing waste
  • Work closely with the wider Kinross team to deliver a memorable guest experience
