Head Housekeeper

Kinross is looking for our new Head Housekeeper to join our vibrant hotel team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help manage and maintain our beautiful guest accommodation and public spaces to the highest standards—ensuring every visitor experiences the warmth and quality Kinross is known for.

Location: Gibbston, Kinross

Role: Permanent, Full-time (min 30hours)

Pay: $29-$32 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleaning stock levels
• Support with recruitment and onboarding of the housekeeping team
• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to Kinross standards
• Replenish amenities and linen
• Maintain hygiene and safety procedures
• Support the wider team with a positive attitude
• Respect guest privacy and property
• Report maintenance issues and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment

You’ll Have:

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• At least 1 year housekeeping experience
• Keen attention to detail
