About the role

Join our Kelly Group NZ team as a part-time Programme Coordinator at Avonhead school, Christchurch. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality programmes for children in an outside school hours care environment.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Coordinate and oversee the before-care (7:00am-8:30am), after-care (2:30pm-6pm) and holiday (7:00am – 6pm rostered hours) programme (minimum of 25 hours a week onsite)
  2. Liaise with parents, school staff and your manager to ensure the programme meets the needs of all children
  3. Complete out of programme organisational tasks weekly (additional 6.5 hours a week)
  4. Develop your leadership skills while supervising and supporting a team
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
