We’re looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations of the F&B department, upholding high service standards and leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring all team members follow standard operating procedures
  • Manage guest queries and feedback genuinely and professionally while you are building a rapport with guests – our style of service is professional but friendly
  • Conduct shift briefings, allocating duties and engaging with team members to improve shift/team performance
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with rostering, team management and training as required
  • Coach team members to confidently explain menu dishes and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Build strong working relationships, collaborating closely with the Kitchen as well as other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and effective communication
  • Oversee table allocations and reservations, ensuring guests’ preferences, special requests, and operational requirements are considered to maximise both guest satisfaction and restaurant efficiency
  • Maintain and monitor high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and hotel policies and procedures

  • 3 years relevant work experience, preferably within fine dining OR Bachelor’s qualification (any industry)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A genuine passion for contributing to and enhancing dining guest experiences
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, events management, bar service
  • Well-presented, organized, and calm personality
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Fluent English essential, additional languages an advantage
