He kōrero mō te tūranga | The Role 

You will be responsible for supporting the Maintenance Manager with completing day-to-day maintenance of a number of our residential homes around Auckland. You will be able to complete minor repairs and general maintenance work, and will be able to co-ordinate other repairs with relevant tradespeople.  You can demonstrate that you are able to engage professionally with the management team, landlords, clients and other staff. 

What you will need to have: 

Working background in trades or building Hands-on experience in general repairs and maintenance Strong work ethic and attention to details Good communication and problem-solving skills 

Knowledge and commitment to health and safety practices Commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga Māori.  

All applicants must have New Zealand Residency, a full and clean driver’s licence, and a clean police record.
