The Role

We’re looking for a Site Manager to join our team. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading On-Site Operations – Assisting in the planning and delivery of projects while managing multiple priorities, including daily site activities, resource allocation and subcontractor coordination
• Managing Teams & Subcontractors – Providing direction and leadership to site crews, ensuring high performance and quality outcomes.
• Ensuring Compliance & Safety – Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
• Problem-Solving – Quickly identifying and resolving on-site challenges to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven civil construction experience and technical knowledge – Particularly in structures, rail and/or urban infrastructure projects.
• Strong Communication– Ability to effectively communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong Health & Safety Focus – A strong understanding and commitment to working and leading safely.
• Collaborative and Solutions-Focused Attitude – Someone who adds value and takes ownership of projects.
