JAVLN is on a mission to become the world’s #1 platform for insurance intermediaries. We are looking for a strategic Head of People and Culture to join our senior leadership team and help us build a world-class SaaS business across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.

The Role This is a high-impact, part-time role reporting directly to the CFO. You will be a strategic partner driving the people initiatives that accelerate our growth.

  • Embed our Values: Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to ensure we live our values – being team players, innovating relentlessly, caring deeply about our work, and keeping things simple.
  • Build High Performance: Identify organisational pain points and design both human and AI structures that allow us to move fast and innovate quickly.
  • Nurture Talent: Develop an employer brand that attracts top-tier SaaS and insurance experts and creates an exceptional employee experience.
  • Scale Globally: Implement the frameworks and tools (OKRs, performance systems, and global compliance) required for a rapidly expanding company.

About You

You are a seasoned people leader who understands the pace of a tech scale-up.

  • You have 10+ years of experience in senior HR roles, ideally within SaaS.
  • Experience and/or interest in adoption of artificial intelligence and navigating a human+AI roadmap.
  • You are a strategic thinker who uses data, like retention rates and revenue per employee, to drive decisions.
  • You are experienced in leadership development, capable of coaching first-time leaders and senior executives alike.
  • You hold high standards and believe that culture is built through the behaviors we reward and the standards we set.
