This is a hands-on role for someone with strong end-to-end finance experience who wants to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and work closely with our CFO to improve how we operate.

About the Role
You’ll support the Group CFO across the day-to-day management, processing and reporting of finance activities for IT Partners and related entities.
IT Partners is part of the London Green Group, and while your primary focus will be IT Partners, you’ll also work alongside other finance team members across the group to support shared processes, reporting and finance activity where needed.
You’ll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, statutory returns, reporting and finance administration. You’ll also help improve how we work by streamlining repeatable manual tasks and using technology, automation and AI to improve accuracy, reduce admin and increase visibility.
This role suits someone experienced, self-managing and comfortable taking ownership, with an appetite to grow and develop, including stepping into monthly financial reporting over time.
You’ll be trusted to keep core finance activity moving, flag risks early, and continuously improve how the function operate.
In this role, you will:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Support payroll and employee finance processes
- Own reconciliations and month-end preparation
- Maintain statutory and financial compliance, including PAYE, GST and FBT
- Support wider finance operations, reporting and administration
- Identify and lead opportunities to improve systems, processes, and use of automation
Who You Are
You’ll bring at least five years’ experience in a similar finance role, ideally with end-to-end exposure across finance operations, processing, reconciliation and reporting.
You’re someone who wants to improve the way finance works. You’ll be confident with systems, comfortable learning new tools, and interested in how automation and AI can reduce repetitive admin and support better decisions.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- Experienced in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and month-end preparation
- Comfortable supporting payroll, PAYE, GST and broader finance administration
- A self-starter who takes ownership, follows through and keeps work moving
- Detail-driven, accurate and confident working with financial information
- Systems-minded and interested in automation, AI and process improvement
- Professional, approachable and comfortable supporting senior leaders and stakeholders
- Pragmatic, organised and willing to challenge the status quo in a constructive way

- Finance processes are accurate, timely and well controlled
- The Group CFO has reliable information and strong operational support for reporting and decision-making
- Manual admin is reduced through better use of systems, automation and AI
- Returns, payments and records are completed accurately and on time
- Finance operations become more streamlined, visible and scalable as the business grows
