Description

We are respected in the project management, project planning and land development sectors for a comprehensive range of services, covering all phases of the project process. With a strong pipeline of current and future work, we’re seeking a Senior Civil or Three Waters Engineer to join our Christchurch team.

 

The Opportunity:

  • You will manage and work together with the wider Inovo team to deliver infrastructure projects, subdivisions, multi-unit and comprehensive developments ranging from two to 1000 lots plus.
  • Oversee and review all project stages from Concept to Detailed Design and delivery.
  • Supervise, and mentor the next generation of civil engineering professionals.

 

About You:

  • Hold a relevant qualification such as a Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering.
  • 6+ years of land development and/or three waters engineering experience in NZ
  • Proficiency with 12D or AutoCAD, EPA net, Stormwater and 2d flood modelling packages and Microsoft office. 
  • Ability to provide support/training to Junior Civil Engineers.
  • Have an understanding of the RMA and planning processes.
  • Competent with 3910 contract management including Engineer to the Contract.
  • In-depth knowledge of civil engineering and construction specifications, standards and codes.
  • Superb mathematical, time management and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Proven leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must hold NZ/AUS Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
