What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects while developing your technical and professional skills.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with the design and delivery of civil engineering projects from concept through to construction.
  • Work alongside experienced engineers, planners, surveyors and project managers on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Develop practical skills using industry-leading software, including 12d and Civil 3D.
  • Attend site visits and gain valuable construction and project delivery experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and consultants.
  • Learn from senior engineers who are committed to mentoring and supporting your professional growth.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, curious and ready to learn.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience or exposure to 12d, Civil 3D or similar CAD software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA) and planning processes.
  • A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
  • A full New Zealand Driver Licence.
  • New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
