We are seeking an experienced and driven civil engineer, with strong contract management and construction monitoring experience to assist in delivering large scale land development projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading client-side delivery of large-scale land development projects
- 3910 Contract Management including Engineers Representative duties
- Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance responsibilities
About you:
- BE (Civil) or equivalent with 4+ years of New Zealand experience in delivery of Land Development subdivision projects.
- Strong capability in contract management and construction monitoring
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong client and
stakeholder relationships
- Strong technical knowledge in three waters, earthworks and roading design and
construction.
- Comprehensive understanding of various local authority design standards, the Resource Management Act, Local Government Act relevant District Plans and environmental standards.
- A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and mentor others.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- It is essential you hold either NZ/AUS permanent resident or NZ/AUS citizenship status.
