We are seeking an experienced and driven civil engineer, with strong contract management and construction monitoring experience to assist in delivering large scale land development projects.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client-side delivery of large-scale land development projects
  • 3910 Contract Management including Engineers Representative duties
  • Construction Monitoring and Quality Assurance responsibilities

About you:

  • BE (Civil) or equivalent with 4+ years of New Zealand experience in delivery of Land Development subdivision projects.
  • Strong capability in contract management and construction monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge in three waters, earthworks and roading design and construction.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various local authority design standards, the Resource Management Act, Local Government Act relevant District Plans and environmental standards.
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support and mentor others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • It is essential you hold either NZ/AUS permanent resident or NZ/AUS citizenship status.
