The Role

Infusion is a specialised accounting and ERP (enterprise resource planning) system delivering business solutions for SMEs throughout New Zealand and Australia. Products include a legacy desktop system and a new online SaaS system.

Our team of Software Support Consultants are our front-line people, interacting with customers through a shared helpdesk system, trouble-shooting issues, providing training and guidance, and helping customers from a range of industries to maximise the value of their business management system.

As a consultant, you will be well supported by a close-knit and long-standing team to build your product knowledge and skills, and you’ll also be part of a wider Infusion business that provides regular updates on product promotions, development and releases.

The support service runs Monday to Friday during standard business hours, and you would also contribute to the Saturday support roster on a 1:4 week basis compensated by a roster allowance and call time payments.

A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices is essential.

About You

Ideally your skillset will include the following;

• 2+ years’ experience with software support, helpdesk, ERP, or business systems

• An understanding of business processes; accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales

• The ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical terms

• A customer-centric approach that fosters exceptional support experiences

• Excellent oral communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
