Description

You build things. You want them out in the world, solving problems that matter.

We’re rebuilding our whole engineering lifecycle around AI-first ways of working, hardware included. Spec generation, design review, test automation, NPI. Not bolted on the side. Built in from the ground up. A graduate role where you’ll learn the craft and the tools shaping the next decade of it, on real product shipping globally.

The Work

  • Design, prototype and ship hardware for access control and IoT products used globally
  • Across the stack: embedded, RF, sensor integration, board-level design
  • Use and help build the AI tooling that powers how we work

About You

  • Bachelors in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics (or finishing in 2026)
  • Solid fundamentals: analog, digital, embedded
  • A builder. Show us something you’ve actually shipped — finished, working, in someone’s hands. However small.
  • Curious about AI and how it changes engineering. Not an expert, just keen to figure it out.
