This is a hands‑on, flexible role supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our park. As an All‑Rounder, you will work across a variety of departments depending on operational needs, which may include front office/reception, housekeeping, grounds and maintenance support, food & beverage, and general park operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Duties may include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing friendly, professional customer service to guests
  • Front office and reception support, including basic reservations and cash handling
  • Cleaning and upkeep of accommodation, amenities, and public areas
  • Grounds and general maintenance support
  • Assisting with food & beverage or kiosk operations (where applicable)
  • Supporting the wider team with general operational tasks as required
  • You’ll travel across our parks as needed, stepping in to provide relief support and ensure smooth operations wherever you go.

    The successful applicant must possess;

    • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or holiday park operations (highly regarded)
    • A flexible, can‑do attitude and willingness to work across multiple areas
    • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Basic to intermediate computer literacy (e.g. reservations systems, Microsoft Office – training provided where required)
    • Cash handling experience (preferred)
    • A professional presentation with a friendly, positive attitude
    • Availability to work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including weekends (hours will vary)
    • Ability to commence work at short notice (preferred)
