We are looking for a new full-time Equipment Care star to join the HireWays team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our machines and equipment are in excellent working condition and clean, ready to be hired.

In this role you will learn the ins and outs of a wide variety of machinery and equipment. Training will be provided. You will be part of a supportive team where your skills are recognised and appreciated.

Ideally you will bring experience working with machinery and be able to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and preparing machinery and equipment for hire.
• Checks for any equipment faults and fixes minor faults upon return.
• Keeps the yard clean and tidy.

Skills/Experience Required:

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a team player that enjoys getting stuck in
• Be self-motivated and a quick learner
• Have a great eye for detail
• Great communication skills
• Have your full New Zealand drivers license
• Have your WTR, F, OSH (forklift) licenses (advantageous)
• Experience working with operating machinery (advantageous)
