The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Architectural Graduate or an Intermediate Architectural Technician / Designer to join our energetic and close-knit Christchurch team. This role is full-time and on-site, you’ll join a tight-knit, high-performing team where people genuinely look out for each other. What We’re Looking For

Experience and Expertise

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Strong technical competence and knowledge of NZ Building Code & Standards.
  • Relevant tertiary education.

Software Proficiency

  • Strong Revit capability is essential.
  • Desirable experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite would be beneficial.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to manage projects and liaise with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors.
  • An adaptable, agile mindset, with the ability to manage evolving project requirements and shifting priorities.
  • An all-rounder – can competently deliver a project from concept to completion, independently if required.
  • Strong presentation skills – verbal and written.
  • A systematic thinker, able to break down complex briefs into clear, actionable steps.
