About the Opportunity:

This 25–30 hour per week role, based in our River Road office in Tuakau, is ideal for an experienced exporting or freight‑forwarding professional returning to the workforce, or looking to free up some time. If you are a detail‑oriented, organised individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is looking for flexibility, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international orders for layer birds, hatching eggs, and commercial layer stock across Asia, the Pacific, and other export markets.
  • Manage all export documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.
  • Liaise with customers, freight agents, hatchery teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, shipment schedules, and customer information.

About you:

Above all, you are someone with a positive, can‑do attitude who brings energy and professionalism to every task. You communicate clearly, work well with people from all backgrounds, and build strong, supportive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

You also have:

  • Previous experience in sales and/or export administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling important documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • MTech experience (advantageous).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An energetic, motivated, and customer‑centric approach.
