About the role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Natural Health Expert to provide HealthPost’s distinctively human brand voice. This role will give guidance and support in holistic health practices, be the authority in the natural health market and provide expert led health content in line with our brand. Working closely with the CMO and Brand Manager, this role will be involved in natural health brand strategy and delivering direct customer care, making it ideal for those passionate about promoting health and well-being through natural methods.
Responsibilities:
- Provide brand-facing natural health expertise for the HealthPost Group
- Become a visible and external natural health expert across HealthPost Group social media, events, podcasts and practitioner networks
- Contribute to campaign ideation and storytelling for our brands
- Support in-house product development with your naturopathic expertise
- Be the escalation point for customer care on complex natural health queries
- Grow HealthPost’s wellness community and industry network
- Stay updated on the latest research and trends in natural health
Qualifications:
- Qualification in Natural Health, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role or in holistic health.
- Strong understanding of natural remedies and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be comfortable in front of a camera.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting health and well-being through natural methods.
