We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator [Accessory Specialist] to oversee accessory inventory, fitment coordination, and warranty claims handling. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on automotive experience from dealership, OEM, or aftersales/parts environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, dispatching).
  • Manage accessory inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
  • Oversee accessory fitment scheduling and coordination with workshop teams.
  • Handle warranty claims processing, documentation, and follow‑up with suppliers.
  • Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure timely accessory fitment and claim resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Support month‑end processes and reporting requirements.
