With the expansion of DENZA in Auckland NZ , we are now seeking passionate “Denza Partners” to join our retail team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.

We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across the New Zealand market.

Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Develop and implement a bold brand strategy to enhance market positioning.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Campaign Management

  • Lead omni-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships, and in-store activations.
  • Drive lead generation, product awareness, and customer loyalty.

Content & Creative Direction (Social Media)

  • Direct premium, engaging content creation that reflects our brand’s tone and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with creatives, designers, and media partners.

Data, Insights & Optimisation

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
  • Use data to refine initiatives and sharpen decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and inspire a growing marketing team.
  • Build a high-performance, innovative culture.

Innovation & Growth

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in a marketing leadership role within a fast-paced industry
  • Automotive or luxury brand experience highly regarded
  • Proven success in delivering data-driven campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand consumer behaviour and retail trends
